How is the price calculated, and can it change on the day of the move?

We quote a flat price based on your machine type, both addresses, access details (stairs, elevator, parking), and whether the route has one or multiple stops. Once the quote is confirmed, the price is locked. We do not add charges on the day for lifts, lifts being out of service, longer carries, or parking.

Do I need to empty the machine before the move?

Yes – products, cash, coins, bills, and any loose internal stock should be removed before pickup. This protects the dispensing mechanism from damage during transport and keeps your inventory under your control. Keys, coin trays, and bill validators that can be removed are bagged, labeled, and handed to you on arrival.

Can you move refrigerated machines? What about ice cream or frozen-product vendors?

Yes. All refrigerated and frozen units travel strapped upright on the truck – we never lay them on their side. Refrigerant and compressor oil migration is the single most common cause of failure after a vending move, and we eliminate it by transport position alone. After delivery, we wait the recommended settling time before plugging the unit in and confirming it cycles.

Will you go up stairs or carry machines without elevator access?

Yes. Most vending moves in the GTA involve at least some stairs – we equip our crews with stair-climbing dollies and air-cushion sleds for tight or upper-floor access. Tell us the number of steps, the turn, and whether there is a landing during the quote, so we can plan crew size and equipment.

Will you connect the machine and confirm it works before leaving?

Yes. Every machine we deliver is set on its final spot, leveled with a spirit level, and plugged in. We run a test dispense, confirm lights and selection panel response, and on refrigerated units we confirm the compressor cycles. Cardboard, shrink-wrap, and debris from the move leaves with us.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for commercial buildings?

Yes, at no extra cost. Most downtown Toronto office buildings, major Mississauga complexes, and managed industrial parks require COI before any vendor enters the dock. Can you work outside business hours so the location stays open?

Yes. We routinely schedule moves before opening, during lunch breaks, after closing, and on weekends – particularly for gyms, golf academies, dealerships, casino floors, and busy retail venues. Off-hours scheduling does not change the flat rate for vending moves under normal availability.

What if the machine has a glass front or sensitive electronics?
